Eden P. Quainton
Owner & founder
Eden has more than 30 years of experience in complex litigation and corporate transactions. His work has encompassed international capital markets, cross-border investigations, arbitration, business disputes, and federal and state litigation.
After a career that included work at Cravath and Cleary Gottlieb and partnership at Skadden and Curtis, he founded Quainton Law in 2009. He brings that breadth of experience to a practice focused on thoughtful analysis and each client’s objectives.
